1. Scope
This refund policy applies to all services provided by moneyworkshop.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
Overpayment: If a client has made a payment in excess of the amount due.
Service Dissatisfaction: If the client is dissatisfied with the quality or outcome of the service provided, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the service agreement.
Service Cancellation: If the client cancels the service within the specified cancellation period, as defined in the service agreement.
3. Refund Process
The request must include relevant details such as the client’s name, account number, reason for the refund, and any supporting documentation.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt of a valid refund request.
Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
4. Exclusions
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
Service Termination Due to Violation: If the client’s account is terminated due to violation of the terms of service or illegal activities.
Force Majeure Events: If the service interruption or failure is caused by events beyond the control of Moneyworkshop, such as natural disasters, wars, or government actions.
5. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding a refund request, both parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may seek legal recourse as outlined in the service agreement.
6. Amendments
Moneyworkshop reserves the right to modify or amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients through appropriate channels.
