1. Objective

MoneyWorkshop is committed to providing transparent, fair, efficient and professional services to its clients. This Grievance Redressal Policy establishes a structured mechanism for receiving, recording, reviewing and resolving client complaints and grievances in a timely manner.

We encourage clients to raise their concerns so that they can be appropriately addressed and used to improve our service standards.

2. Scope

This policy applies to grievances relating to the services provided by MoneyWorkshop in its capacity as a Mutual Fund Distributor, including matters relating to:

  • Mutual fund transactions and services
  • SIP, STP and SWP registrations and servicing
  • Purchase, redemption, switch and other transaction-related issues
  • Account statements and transaction records
  • Communication and service-related concerns
  • Delay or discrepancy in processing
  • KYC-related assistance
  • Any other matter relating to the services provided by us
3. How to Raise a Grievance

Clients may submit their grievance through any of the following channels:

Clients are requested to provide relevant details such as their name, contact details, folio or account details (where applicable), nature of the grievance and supporting documents, if any.

4. Grievance Handling Process

Upon receipt of a grievance, the following process will be followed:

  • The grievance will be recorded and acknowledged.
  • The matter will be reviewed by the concerned team or person.
  • Relevant information and documents may be sought from the client, where required.
  • The grievance will be investigated and an appropriate resolution will be provided.
  • The client will be informed of the outcome and the action taken.

We endeavour to resolve grievances within 15 working days from the date of receipt of complete information.

Where additional time is required due to the nature of the grievance, the client will be appropriately informed.

5. Escalation

If the client is not satisfied with the resolution or does not receive a response within the prescribed timeframe, the grievance may be escalated to:

6. Escalation to AMFI / SEBI

If the grievance remains unresolved after approaching MoneyWorkshop, the investor may approach the appropriate regulatory or investor grievance redressal mechanisms, including AMFI and SEBI, as applicable.

Investors may lodge their complaint with SEBI through the SCORES platform.

7. Investor Awareness

Clients are advised to ensure that their contact details, bank details and KYC information are kept updated and to carefully review transaction confirmations, account statements and other communications received in relation to their investments.

MoneyWorkshop does not charge any fee for registering or resolving a client grievance.

8. Policy Review

This policy may be reviewed and updated periodically to ensure continued compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and to improve the effectiveness of the grievance redressal mechanism.

MoneyWorkshop is committed to resolving client grievances fairly, transparently and within the applicable regulatory framework.
